Bob & Jackie Coxon

Bob and his wife Jackie have been members of the SOUTH Queensland Northern NSW Region since 2006.

Bob with the aid of Jackie took on the Merchandise and Advertising Portfolio for 6 years. During this time the role of Merchandise and the promotion of displays to promote the Australian Alpaca Industry was Bob’s main ambition.

Primex being one of the major regional promotions grew under his competent organisation, raising funds and making the merchandise portfolio very profitable.

During his time on the committee he involved himself in the advertising workgroup at the Board level to promote the industry through organising advertising and promotional materials for all regions.
Australian product was the emphasis and the organisation of regional Alpaca Week. Followed by changing the focus to our Regional Alpaca Awareness Weekend promoting the Region and the Australian Alpaca Association.

He organised many “Wonderful World of Alpaca” Courses which was successful in gaining new members and again promoting informative farming of alpaca.

Bob continues to help in organising the Grafton Colourbration Show and is proficient in the role of obtaining Sponsorship for the show.

Bob is a member who has put 100% into the promotion of alpacas and the industry across our Region. Congratulations again!
